‘Inspire Positive Change In Your Home’- Ebonyi First Lady Tells Women

The wife of Ebonyi State Governor, Mrs Uzoamaka Nwifuru has urged Ebonyi women to always inspire and become the agents of positive change in their various homes.

Mrs Nwifuru disclosed this during the grand finale of Ebonyi women August meeting Held at Christian Ecumenical Center in Abakaliki the State Capital.

Mrs Nwifuru said if women in collaboration with their husbands should play their roles in their Various homes in order to bring the best in the family, most especially to their Children, “I am assuring you that our society will not only be good but it will be a conducive place for all of us”.

She further urged all the women to always be obedient to their husbands.

The chairperson of the Occasion, Mrs Francisca Ogba thanked Ebonyi women who came out en mass to listen to various teachings from the resource persons which will change their lives positively.

“Numerous women has been accommodated in the present administration all as a result of having an inspired woman as the mother of the State”. She said.

During the Occasion, the Senate Deputy Chief, Chief Onyekachi Nwebonyi promised to build four Bedroom Bungalows each to the for All Progressives Congress Women leaders in the four local Government Areas that forms his Senatorial Zones.

The event featured distribution of wheelchairs to disabled persons among other things.

The theme of this year’s is ‘Women who inspired Changed’.
